- 14 days after receiving your order
- Items must be reported to us via email within this period
Condition of Items
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be present
- Items must be free from scratches, damage, or signs of use
Excluded from Returns
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or customized jewelry
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
- Items damaged by the customer
Return Process
- Email us first with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions
- Pack items carefully in original packaging
- Ship with tracking (return shipping and insurance costs are customer's responsibility)
Refund
- Refund within 5-7 business days after reception and approval
- Refund via original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
Damaged Items
Items returned damaged, used, or incomplete may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
